i bought 2 of these cameras .i managed to finally get one to connect to phone set it up on back of property trying to stop trespassers. connectivity is random and very unreliable. the other camera i havent been able to get it to connect at all. tried to return thru amazon thats a big hassel I have 2 cameras that are useless. |
i bought 2 of these cameras one of the cameras I could not get to work and after contacting Riolink they determined the camera was faulty and sent a replacement. the new camera works great the problem is they dont get a good signal if placed inside the tree line. just adjusted the locations and they work great. very happy.riolink customer service is A++++thank you |
