The camera and wi-fi seem to be fine but it won't dispense any food whether on a programmed schedule or if I tell the feeder directly to dispense food immediately. I have cleaned it multiple times, I have reset it, I have changed the way that I load the food into the feeder, etc. These things make a difference for a day or two and then it stops again. What's the point of an automatic feeder that doesn't feed? The camera and wi-fi are nice features that I paid extra for but the actual feeder has not worked. If I want to make sure my cats are dispensed food to eat I have to now but a different feeder. The only positive has been that the system alerts me when a feeding is missed but my cats still don't have food so I get to worry if I am not home and my cats are hungry.
