Frequently gets food stuck

I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience using this automatic feeder. I purchased this product with the intention of ensuring that my cat would have access to fresh cat food when I am away on trips, but the performance of this automatic feeder has left me sorely disappointed. It frequently gets stuck, preventing my cat from accessing food. On average, it gets jammed every 2 to 3 days, which has me very concerned about my cat's well-being.The food jamming issue not only leaves my cat hungry but also forces me to spend additional time and money on having someone come over to feed my cat. This goes against the very reason I purchased this automatic feeder in the first place, as I expected it to alleviate my burden rather than add to my troubles.In addition to the food jamming problem, the performance of this product has been subpar. I find it to be relatively expensive for what it offers, and it simply does not justify its price tag.Overall, this automatic feeder is far from user-friendly and not worth the purchase. I strongly advise against wasting your time and money on this product and suggest exploring other, more reliable feeding solutions. |

Feeder stopped working after 3 months - BUYER BEWARE

This feeder worked in the beginning, however it has stopped dispensing the food. We have attempted cleaning, different portions, etc. Nothing has worked. What makes it worse is we haven't found any contact support for this company/product. So this is definitely a BUYER BEWARE product. |
