When I opened the box it was apparent that the feeder had been used previously, it had a smell of dry food and there were animal hair and crumbs all around the bottom of the feeder. Stopped Working Completely after 4 Months

At first I thought this product was really great. We were able to program it to do five feedings a day and do different portions depending on the time of day. That was great. Then after four months it stopped working completely. It is both plugged into the wall and also has batteries in it. We have moved to other outlets to make sure it’s not the outlet, I put brand new batteries in, and it still will not turn on. Very disappointed not only in the item, but also that there is no way to communicate with the seller, ALUKE, to discuss the fact that this should be under warranty. It should be an option to contact the seller and fix the situation. I will never buy another product from this company and I would not recommend this or any of their products due to their business practices. Even though it worked great at first, after four months it’s basically garbage. Waste of money. |
