I purchased this camera in May of last year (2023) and it stopped working last month January 2024. I’ve had it connected to a solar panel charger this entire time and thought maybe the charger had stopped working, but I took the camera down and charged it with a regular arlo charger overnight, and it still did not show up like normal in the app. This same thing happened with the second “outdoor arlo essential” camera I purchased in May with this one, but that one only lasted about 4 months. I’ve owned 2 older arlo cameras for 4 years now and they still work. So either arlo is not good for outdoors or the newer versions are not as durable. |
