The cam and the app work nicely so far. However, the external battery doesn’t take a charge! So the “parking” feature doesn’t work. I will contact the seller/ manufacturer.If the battery would work, I’d give 5 stars.One day later I have to change my rating to 1 star. Here the reason for it:I contacted customer “service” via WhatsApp. The response took about 2 hours. Like I am already used to, they assume that the fault is at the customer’s installation. Then they tried to tell me it’s not the battery but my expectations. No technical support what so ever. For now I connected the acc wire to constant 12 volts, to have some parking monitoring. I will shop for a suitable battery which I will connect to get the advertised features.If you don’t know how to work that problem out, stay away from Lncoon. |
