I have used 3 generations of lorex NVRs this generation is a huge disappointment. Its unreliable to set up cameras with and is unacceptable.Customer support was dramatically worse than previous experiences. They followed scripts and made no attempt to access the system to understand the problem.Camera detection firmware was unstable.I reactivated an older 6108 NVR and am on line with it. In the future will look at other manufacturers equipment. |
