However, after using these headphones during my exercise routine about four times, the left earbud shut off in the middle of a song. I followed the online help video to reset the earbuds and reconnect them to my phone, but the left earbud never turned on. Placing the left earbud in the case did not trigger the charging light. It seems like something happened to prevent the left earbud from getting power.I sent an email to JLab asking for help on Friday, 22 December, but I have not received a personal reply. I realize this is in the middle of holiday shopping season.Overall, these earbuds had so much potential to be a great deal, but the pair I received did not meet my needs. After sending evidence of my problem to the support team, JLab offered me a free replacement product.
