Great idea. Product eventually worked, but not by following the instructions. Many errors in the instructions and could only get help via email so that took many days of back and forth. Was not possible to set up the account and app with iPad. Required a smart phone which my Mom doesn’t own. Eventually found I could set up on my phone and then she could use on her own with her iPad. The product now works, but could have been so much easier with clear instructions. |
