Was really excited about this product. Got it all set up and even hooked up to the solar panel. Started getting birds and thought that was really cool. Unfortunately it died after 2 days, even when connected directly to power, the camera would not turn on. Contacted the company directly and the replaced the entire feeder. So far, so good. I love the videos I am seeing. Birds I didn't even know I had here are showing up and the AI identifier is a great help. I'd give 5 stars but I am keeping my fingers crossed that the replacement doesn't have the same problem since I am enjoying it so much! |
