Almost burned down house - Netvue Doesn't care

Caution: WATCH WHEN CHARGINGBrought inside to charge due to low light for solar panel and smell of burning wires in camera ...had to be disconnected. I was in bed and glad son/husband a wake. Could burned do wn our house, still stinks. I reported to company, provided receipts, many pictures and there peron (Jesse) said just to plug back in and continue using it, basically it may stop burning? What? The wires burning in camera.I loved my bird camera but I ended up with one that is a hazard. Company is a joke and doesn't support product. Going to file with consumers agency for danger of product. |
