Then it just started to go haywire - always buzzing that the cat was outside the safe zone when he hadn’t left the house, unable to connect to Bluetooth, issues staying connected to the charger, and the power button just stopped working, making it impossible to turn the device on or off.But the real disappointment came when trying to troubleshoot any of these issues with Tractive customer service. At this point, I have contacted them 10 times and always get the same automated text in response about how sometimes the tracker doesn’t work because of buildings or trees etc. Never once has an actual human being gotten back in touch with me to help solve any of these issues. Truly the worst customer service I have ever experienced- like they replaced any humans with bots or something!
