Good Luck Trying to Cancel your Subscription! |
I loved it when it was working. Unfortunately, we used ours on our 2 (indoor/outdoor) cats that have 'break-away' collars for their safety. We repeatedly lost the one tracker for the cat that really travels. We were able to retrieve it, but on the last venture, the neighbor whose property where the collar/tracker were last lost, was less than happy about us searching his yard/shed area to find it, so it's been lost for over a year. At that time we decided to stop using the 2nd tracker and cancel the subscription. I sent an email but never received a response. I tried to cancel on the app, but was unsuccessful there, too, as I was charged for another YEAR of service to BOTH trackers! I think we we only used the trackers 3--4 months before the tracker was lost. I'm going to need to dispute the charge with AMEX and stop payments at the credit card level since the company isn't easy to work with. (I purchased my trackers the summer of 2022) When the trackers were in use, it was super cool to track their locations and see where they ventured to. I think the tracker would work better with a dog where the collar stays on. Cat's need the break-away collars for when they climb and jump. |
