These connected easily to my galaxy s20 ultra and had good quality sound and battery for a while. Now, the right earpiece doesn't work and for some reason the volume turns all the way down to silent automatically. I can't make it stop doing this so I can't even use the left earpiece. |
**Update** The seller offered me a refund or a replacement. Since I did like them until they started messing up, I opted to receive another pair.
