ProsI really liked these earbuds, especially for the price and the fit. My ears never like the feel of the typical AirPods, so I liked the design of these. The connectivity and touch commands are simple. The sound is pretty good. I like the case and the front screen showing the battery life. I even found a nice travel case with a carabiner for them.ConsThe battery life is okay. I use these frequently so I have to charge them maybe once a week.If I don't have sound coming through, there's always a subtle whirring going on (I'm not sure if this is normal for wireless earbuds).I use these primarily for my remote classes. My biggest reason for the 2-star review is that they just stop giving me sound mid-lecture, or voices suddenly sound warped and insane. This causes me to miss what my teacher or classmates say. It is the most infuriating thing. I have to disconnect and reconnect to fix it, which happens multiple times during my two-hour classes.My other complaint is that if I'm using these on my iPhone, they automatically make my ringer volume go halfway up when I usually make it as low as possible most of the time. I am unsure if this is a setting I can fix, but it's not ideal at all. I've also been startled by the volume in the earbuds going straight to the highest level without my doing.I contacted the company's customer service since they have a lifetime warranty, and they gave me some things to try, but those didn't work. So they sent me another pair. The new ones also do the abrupt cessation of sound as well.I really wanted to keep these as my go-to device, but I just can't use them anymore due to the cons listed above. |

So they sent me another pair. They were prompt and easy to talk to.ConsThe battery life is okay.
