They told us it was out of warranty, which we were only 2 months away from, and that we had to buy a brand new one. I didn’t even use this camera that often and it didn’t even work for more than a year and they wouldn’t do anything about it. It’s such a waste of money!! There are so many better options on the market from other companies.
