I purchased this camera an it connected fine to my WiFi, but would not connect to the app on my iPhone. I called 2 different numbers for customer service- 1 rings for a while & then disconnects; the other says we are unable to help you at this time - try online chat. I tried online chat several times and got a message that they were away & couldn’t help. I finally go what I think is a human on online chat & they took me through the steps in the booklet, which I had ALREADY DONE SEVERAL TIMES. Finally when I told them I had done that several times they stopped talking to me. I did all of the above several times over several days & now I am giving up & returning both cameras that I bought- absolutely ridiculous!! |
UPDATE: The company contacted me very apologetically and replaced the cameras I bought at no charge. Their customer service department reached out several times to ensure I was satisfied. I increased the review to a 3 because I haven’t had time to try out the cameras.
