I bought the first Litokam in November 2023. It died with the return period. I got a replacement, installed, and worked fine till this morning, 3 months and 6 days. I tested the power, the cube, and the USB cable, these were all fine. It was something within the camera. There was no electrical going into it. Now it's out of the return window. I am very disappointed. |

I am very disappointed.2 days after the review was posted, I was contacted by the seller for a full refund. I accepted the offer. After some more tests, I found the cable was also not working. The issue with the first one was also the cable. But this time, it was the cable and the camera unit. I hope the info helps the product improvement. I also appreciate the quick response from the seller and the refund. |
