I have good internet (300 down/30 up) and i am the only one connected to it, so I know that isn’t the issue. Using the app to move the camera is basically impossible, you have to get lucky to get it set correctly and then, fortunately, it has a feature that lets you save specific camera positions so that you can force the camera to return to that position. The motion detection sort of works, but i would NOT rely on this camera for home security as it often does not detect motion reliably, or it lags so bad that whatever triggered it is long gone by the time it starts recording. I’m going to keep mine as i only use it to keep an eye on my hamster at night, but I wouldn’t recommend buying this product honestly.
