That's some suspiciously good timing, Shokz!Prior to today, I loved these things! Time to research other brands, sadly.A couple hundred bucks to last two years and almost a month is pretty garbagey, in my opinion.Unacceptable durability aside, these things were perfect for my needs. Used pretty much every day for hours at work and while gaming. They're so perfect for remote work meetings, online gaming, etc. No more swampy ear holes or "bed head" from an over the head band!As for sound quality, they were significantly better than I expected. I had tried other bone conduction headsets a few years earlier and they didn't pass muster. These were excellent for general use where you don't need extreme fidelity for music or super immersive games. (They don't hold a candle to something like the Sony WH-1000 series, but those are a completely different thing!)I can only recommend these with a clear conscience, if you don't mind that they'll probably break on you in about two years.
