Don't believe the hype! Absolutely Useless! |
I've had this camera for about a year and it's absolutely useless. I did do some research prior to purchasing and this seemed like the best option because I needed it mainly for parking.I mainly need it as I said for parking mode. I spent money on the camera, extended battery, SD card, monthly fee for internet and separately for cloud. I'm an idiot! Before I purchase the item I go on Play Store to see how the item is rated in terms of the app. Well this had a high rating but they changed the app probably a couple months after I bought the camera. If you want to view other people's driving view from around the world this is perfect for you. If you want to actually connect to the cloud on your camera while it's parking in a parking spot then this is not for you.The customer service are it seems like a lot of coders who talk in language you may not understand and are very short-tempered. I must have called them about 10 times and somehow I get the same 2 people.I think it's more feasible to hire someone to stand behind my vehicle 24/365 days a week than use this blackvue camera. |
