Overall I have invested in the eufy ecosystem, and this was a natural pick for our child. Unfortunately the camera no longer functions in night vision mode- the most important feature to check on your child at night. I reached out to Eufy via email, and their troubleshooting amounted to 'turn it off and back on again, and if that doesn't work- return it'. Otherwise the camera is decent, with a middling speaker and an average mic. |
*Update*After some additional back and forth via email, they agreed to send a replacement. The replacement appears to be working fine, and much appreciation for their service here.
