I must say that I am a little disappointed with this product. First of all, of all of the products that came in the box, I found most useful was the crowbar ,they need to include more than 1 of the 3m adhesives. Even the videos on the F7 did not answer my questions. However, once again, I found a couple issues to be lacking and once again, had to contact customer service. Upon contacting customer service, I could not talk to a rep. just a recording telling me to state my issue and they would contact me after leaving a phone #. This was a problem because I just can't sit by the phone and wait for them to call me. Only once was I called and never a call back.Next, customer service was great to a point. The quickest way for me to contact them concerning a problem was via email and then it would be the next day before they would contact me and once again, this created a problem because I needed to get the problem fixed then, not the next day.
