Once you have selected WIFI go to the phone app and connect to the dashcam by selecting that WIFI account. Once camera is on then you can turn voice recording on or off and watch the dashcam on phone and also download videos, otherwise you have to remove SD card and download to computer. The problem is every time you turn your car off you have to go through that whole routine again or you can't use your phone and you can't turn voice off without going back into settings. If you don't mind doing all that or care if voice recording is constantly on then maybe this camera is for you.
