I really want to like this camera, and for the price, it is feature rich and decent quality video.....but, the camera refuses to stay on the windshield mount...and eventually falls off. There is no locking mechanism, just \friction\, which there is very little or none.The issue stated above brings this item to a 1 star. Back to Vantrue.... |
This item is cheap Insurance to ensure you aren't the one wrongly accused when something happens when driving around.And it's featured are on par with thos cameras selling for twice a much. |

I was exited to get this camera as I herd red tiger had great dash cams. I was looking for a three cam system but the two cam system was in my budget so I went for it.During setup I had the camera plugged in for less than 20 minutes and it got so hot it was burning my skin to touch it. It’s night as I work second shift, no sun it’s cool outside my current dash cam doesn’t get hot like this. I’m really very disappointed in this camera setup and overheating was the last thing I had expected. I had some issues with Wi-Fi connection, but the overheating is my biggest concern as I can’t even finish setup due to this issue. I did email red tiger and if I get a response or solution I will update. I’ll be returning this to Amazon as I can’t have a potential fire hazard in my car when it’s being used as a safety measure, it’s counterproductive. |
Camera seems to work as it should, with added features. Would like to find out how to keep Wi-Fi connected without manually changing upon usage. Good image quality. |
