The sound is OK not great when they work right, but they never seem to work correctly, fed up and going to shove them in a drawer somewhere to rot and never by anything by Samsung, So Disappointed!!!!!!!!!!! I sanitized them & tried to use them & I can't figure out how to get the volume to increase, despite having tried to research it online. They also came with no tips. I guess the sound quality is good. I couldn't hear them over my quiet electric lawnmower. About 2 weeks after buying them, a few people started saying they couldn't hear me very well, I sounded far away, or the connection seemed spotty. I had 5G/full bars, so I thought it was just a couple of bad connection issues at the moment that would resolve. About 2 weeks ago, my phone was stolen, out of my backpack while on a trip, so I upgraded to one of the S24 phones, and after that it was a rolling dumpster fire with these earbuds. Calls will randomly drop from the earbuds back to the phone, everyone I talk to says I sound like I'm in a tunnel (I have to disconnect the earbuds from my phone & reconnect them and the person can hear me again for like 5 minutes & it happens again), and it's at the point where I hear an echo with every call I make. I bought my 10 year old some Skull Candy earbuds about a year ago and they still work great, but these earbuds that I've had for 6 weeks are just for decoration. Not even worth the money spent, or the headache they're causing.
