It will connect and suddenly lose connection within seconds. I called customer service who, obviously, told me the item was out of warranty and would not even take the item back to try to fix it for me...even if I had to pay. They offer to sell me a new one for $60. Why would I want to re-purchase something that will stop working within a year or two? Cat sitter coming in every day so we knew are cat was being cared for but by day 4 it was indicating no treats. Cat sitter assured us the treat dispenser was full. And we were able to continue to feed our cat even with the “no treats” alerts. Now that we are home we are noticing the machine does a weird clicking sound in the evening. Over and over again. The only solution is unplugging the device. Customer service response “Unfortunately, the clicking sound cannot be disabled at the moment. But I've forwarded your feedback to our team, so they can look into it and check if it can be disabled in the future.” So we have a device that is mostly unplugged and we need to remember to plug in again if we want to use it while we are out and about during the day.
