Camera stopped working 2 months past warranty. Seller honored and sent new camera |
The price was ok, pictures good but 2 months past the warranty 1 year. it just went Blank, no read out ,took pictures on Jan26 2024 and that was it. Tried 8 new batteries and and even tried 8 others just in case . Still not working and all there is a black screen. Not good, don't waste your time and money. Before this unit I have a Stealth trail camera by my gate outside in the Oregon weather. Still working good, this unit was used under a porch by front door. What can I Say ? |
The price was ok, pictures were good but 2 months past the warranty 1 year stopped taking photos. The screen just went blank, no read out. Tried 8 new batteries and and even tried 8 others just in case. Still not working and all there is a black screen. Got in touch with the seller, they suggested doing a USB boot but that didn't help. They told me to mail the bad camera back to them and then give them the tracking number. Within 3 days I received a brand new camera not a rebuilt one. It was delivered on a Sunday by USPS. The service and response to my emails was the best ever. I would definitely buy a Vikeri trail camera from them again. Best customer service I ever got from anyone. Thank you Vikeri and their customer service dept. |
