Buyer Beware: Permanent App Disconnection Issues |
While I initially loved this dash camera, it's sorely disappointing now. The 24/7 recording and motion activator was exactly what my husband and I wanted in dash cameras for our new cars. However, after successful connections to the app for almost a year, it suddenly stopped working. I sought out help and found this incident happened to others. They suggested resetting the camera, so I did. It's never connected to the app ever since. I'm thoroughly disappointed in this dash camera. Customer service is non-existent. I've emailed several times over the course of 6 months and received zero responses.I don't recommend at all. I'm searching for a new camera now. |
