No push notifications when feeder doesn't dispense food due to a 'detected blockage or full food tray', even though the app itself is aware of it when you open it. Reached out to support, as this is clearly a software bug, but support said there was no plans to fix it - and that was a year ago.90% of feedings have a false detection of a blockage and don't dispense. No way of overriding this faulty sensor and just having it dispense 100% of the time. Junk, buying a different brand. |
