I purchased these in March 2023. I used to get 2 nights before having to charge. Now I barely make it through one. The battery is starting to expand and I will need to replace them, didn’t even last a year. They are comfortable and I can sleep on my side with them. I wish I didn’t have to replace them so soon. My old pair (same style different brand) did the same thing, but those ones lasted a little longer. |
Edited 4/29/24 - it appears I had received a defective product. Customer service reached out based on my review and offered a refund or replacement. Prompt communication, giving them 5 stars based on their customer service and the fact they were to date my favorite sleep headphones before the battery gave out.
