I wake up during the night and replay the meditations to fall back to sleep. I may do this several times a night. Anymore the battery dies 15 minutes into the second meditation. From the beginning at full volume it was just loud enough to hear. The little speakers can move up and down to fit to your head. I am a woman of average size and at the lowest position possible they still were not low enough on my head. I would have to pull the top down to try to get a better fit. Other than that they were comfortable to wear all night. I will purchase this type of headphone again but get a better brand. I presume either I just got a bad speaker or I wrecked them by overcharging. I’ve tried a couple of these since and these worked as well, sounded as well, even a much more expensive one, felt as well.
