I had to reorder this headband due to an apparent porch pirate. I was excited to get it to help block out my fiance when I'm trying to sleep! I charged it, it connected to my phone and, one peaceful restful night with the sounds of nature in my ears! Next night, I recharged it and tried to pair with my phone again. Nothing. I have not been able to get it to connect since. If return it but after the first night, I threw away the packaging. :( |
UPDATE: The company reached out to me regarding the issue shown below. They wanted to make it right and offered a refund but i opted for a new headband as the need still exists. I was able to connect it when I bought it, but now 8 months later it won't even turn on. I charged it for over an hour to see if it was just dead battery. Nothing.I wouldn't buy again. It wasn't comfortable enough to justify using it only 5 times. The band is too low over the eyes for me. Don't bother. |
