The food dispensed was lesser and lesser as well.Then one day the motor was too weak to even turn the spool which dispenses food. I took the device apart and got all the way down to the motor. Triggering the feeding shows that the motor does not spin at all, just makes a very quiet whirring sound.I'd recommend buying something cheaper. It's going to be hard to know the quality of the parts in what you are buying, but at least if you buy cheap you'll know what you're getting and you won't be out too much when it finally goes.---Aside from that...Connectivity was a little difficult, although this is expected with IOT devices in my opinion. Make sure you connect to 2.4ghz wifi and not your 5.0. It didn't like my routers dedicated 2.4 channel so I switched the router to a smart connection mode where devices that connect to it will be intelligently routed to either the 2.4 or 5.0 ghz. This solved my issue.The app, while functional, has a very modest UI. In layman's terms: it looks like a windows 95 application.
