One headphone not playing sound.

I have not even used these headphones for 30-days I was away when I received them but of course the return window is up. The right earbud will not play sound. I have gone through every troubleshooting video and prompt and cannot get it to work. The Tozo-t6 was a MUCH better model. I do not recommend buying this product. You can pause and play with the headphone but it still does not play sound out of it. Absolute garbage product, don't waste your money. |

Sound quality is horrible

Really like the case and how they fit but the sound quality is horrible. I ordered these because the reviews were 4.3. am I doing something wrong?? If the song has any bass at all it distorts and cracks even in low volumes. |
