Have had this camera/feeder for 13 months and now it will not connect with my internet. Nothing has changed with my service. It will randomly not work, lights flash on their own at times. Now I cannot connect at logging into the app. Says it's offline. I sent an email to the manufacturer, we'll see what they say. |
Have had this camera/feeder for 13 months. it has worked great for over a year and for some reason now I cannot access the camera as I used to. Nothing has changed with my service. It will randomly not work, so I decided to send an email to the manufacturer. To my surprise they contacted me within a day or two and have since resolved my issues... Great company to work with and I am very happy with the result from their support team. Thank you |
