I hope Customer Service isn’t important to you. This is the biggest joke. And if you happen to give it to a friend or relative, there’s no way in hell that you can disconnect it from your app and reconnect it to their own. Customer Service drops their calls over and over and, unless you’d like to be frustrated beyond what you can possibly imagine, don’t buy this product! |

They did make it right and send me a new refurbished one. They helped me with the set up and at one point it worked. Then it started to disconnect from WiFi. I don't have the patience to deal with it anymore' |
