This should be a simple process to program a feeder, but it is not. I called the Petsafe Consumer support and received support. The feeder never operated per his phone instructions or the manual. I do not recommend this feeder. |

I cannot get this to program correctly. The instructions are just about worthless. Some of the buttons (and button combos) dont do what the instructions state. I tried the trouble shooting video on the web and... nothing. I'm not a techniphobe, but this is major league frustrating. Also the bowl is placed so close to the dispenser that it is hard for the animal to get its head in there to eat. |
