And on that part, these very much deliver on their promise.But I immediately found the case difficult to open with gloves or cold hands as there's no lip to grip onto, it's just an extremely shallow indentation. I'm also guessing my ears are weirdly shaped because the wings (for a lack of a better term) did little to support the earpiece, so their entire weight is only supported by my ear canals, which as you can imagine, is headache inducing.These also don't offer any pause/play controls on anything other than the earpieces themselves, meaning that pausing or playing (or adjusting volume) sends a pretty loud click sound directly into your head. Whereas, I have no discomfort with my current bluetooth receiver since it's clipped to my shirt.The sound from these earpieces was also a noticeable downgrade from my £7.99 (RRP) Panasonics that I purchased for £6.49 four years ago.
