The charging port is broken after only a few months and the company isn’t responding to emails and thus the warranty is useless - can’t live without a monitor and so going to have to purchase a new one |
The charging port broke after only a few months and the company didn’t respond to emails re the warranty until I left a one star review on Amazon. Once I left the review, the company got in touch and a full refund was arranged quickly. Hence I gave 3 stars as the issue I had was resolved eventually, but the product itself did break in a matter of months. |
