The second positive is the first customer service experience;We got this monitor for Christmas 2023, after 3 days of using the monitor itself crashed, could still hear through it and the light indicated it was on but the screen was black. Spoke to customer service and they replaced it within a few days! Excellent! Then had the monitor for around 3 months and exactly the same thing happened again! Spoke to customer service who asked for a video and then confirmed it was a fault on their part (manufacture error) but refused to replace and offered a 30% refund. Obviously I queried this as it states on their website they have a 1 year warranty on ALL faulty products, but they were trying to tell me you only get one free complimentary replacement, which is stated on their website unless you have a faulty item, so had to then proceed to speak to someone higher who basically told me to get a refund through amazon! So I spoke to customer service on Amazon who are now in the process of refunding me with no questions asked! Shame as I will not be purchasing again from here despite the great product when working! Seems to be something happen a lot as happened to my 2 friends who have this monitor too!
