I had this camera from them and after a while it stopped working , I emailed them but its been 2 months with no answer. the cameras go offline for 10 - 14 days then they come on for 1 - 2 days and again offline after that.. I tried to reset and everything they said but no solution. Even their app is not working at the moment .. cant login |
I had this camera from them and after a while it stopped working , I went ahead and bought a wifi extender and that fixed the issue. So if your having similar issues make sure you are not using the 5ghz network |
