Asked you to format the SD card again and when you do it says no card inserted. Climbed up ladder to reset and worked for a few hours then stopped again. Also the steering button just swings all the way round when you touch it once. Tried contacting via the chat on App and via email and have had absolutely no response, despite sending multiple messages. I had multiple problems with initial camera, not recording and steering control not working and had no response from the customer service despite making many attempts to contact them. After submitting a negative review I was contacted and a new camera was received today. Haven't installed it yet but hopefully this one works.
