Now the CloudEdge app shows there is a problem with the inbuilt SIM card not accessing and connecting to my WiFi network.On Amazon it says that after 30 days I have to contact the manufacturer. I have sent an email to Dekco and filled in their on-line feed back from. And now I have to wait, with a camera that is little more than a visual deterrent. RUINED by new dekco app 5.0 out of 5 stars I was quite pleased with the cloudedge app and the previous dekco camera. I ended up with a dud 5mp one so had to go with the 2k. It doesn't connect using the cloudedge app. It forces you to use the dekco app which for some reason they decided has to be even more complicated, it's bizzare. What an incredible way to ruin a product. I've had about 9 of these dekco PTZ cameras and 1 fixed view. I stupidly returned two of the 5mp to amazon as they were usb not DC. I say stupid because after this, the company had to switch from cloudedge to their own app. This was important for me having 9 cameras on the same app.If you are buying a new camera and never used cloudedge before these are great. Reliability of the hardware has been really good.The customer service is great.
