I’ve purchased a couple of these, the first was replaced by Decco as the night vision failed after a few weeks. The 2nd has just failed, this time it has habit of turning round to face the wall! Very useful, also the led lights stay on all the time at dusk. Not going to risk another of this brand. |
I’ve purchased a couple of these, the first was replaced by Decco as the night vision failed after a few weeks. The 2nd has also just been replaced because of a separate issue. The company did contact me direct to confirm it was still under warranty and offered a refund or replacement which has now been received. As with all electronics I’ve probably just been unfortunate. |
