I like other cameras I’ve bought by ieGeek. Usually they are reliable and record with good quality. I use these cameras to monitor my property and review footage of any unwanted intruders (usually foxes). However, these battery cameras do not have an ‘always record’ setting, which means they only record when they detect motion. The problem being when they fail to detect motion, you are unable to look back through footage to check. I have several times detected motion and have footage on the wired cameras which the battery cameras miss and have no saved footage off. This problem makes the cameras essentially useless for the purpose I need them. I have used them to monitor my dog when I’ve had to leave him at home for a few hours, which this camera is perfect for. If you want to check what’s happening at the camera location in real time, the camera is perfect. |
