Charger broke within 3 months. See pucture where prong has disappeared so one earphone cannot charge. Shame because sound quality is decent. No returns possible through amazon and no support to replace. Poor customer services, which I believe are illegal. 12M warranty as a minimum I'm sure, but no support. |
