Not waterproof. The store tried to treek me into avoiding refund/replacement.

The camera stopped working after 6 months of use. I found that, despite being outdoor/waterproof, the camera stopped working because it was full of water. I contacted the store and was told that this is another store now than the one where I bought the camera from. Really? They gave me an email address to contact iGeek support. The cameras are still available in-store, so they tried to trick me into avoiding replacement/refund. It took me 2 months to get zero results from them.Fortunately, Amazon's customer service accepted the return and issued a refund. I will avoid dealing with this store or iGeek again! |
