I can easily switch out headsets and blog it in to charge when this happens. Because there is never anyone around - I am a hermit - I do not know if these headphones flash at all. Some flash blue, some flash red, and some have a quicker flash of either color when charging is needed. Unfortunately, thus particular headset, I loved the long battery life, had a faulty mic.
